HAIR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
A: Virgin hair comes a single donor, the hair is completely natural. So is free from chemical altering such as dying, bleaching or colouring.
Q: CAN I SWIM WITH MY HAIR?
A: Our Hair team recommend you wear a swimming cap, to prevent your hair extensions drying out. Due to chlorine and sea salt, If you cannot protect the hair, immediately deep condition hair to restore moisture.
Q: HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED FOR A FULL HEAD?
A: Our style team recommend you use a minimum of 4 bundles between the lengths of 12in - 18in, on a full head. But for a more fuller volume look recommend 4 - 5 bundles for 18in and above. This is mainly due to longer lengths have shorter wefts, so what you don't get in length you will receive in longer widths.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
A: Ceemei Hair is sourced directly from suppliers within relevant communities, As well as going through our rigorous quality hair gateway checks. This ensures hair quality is kept to a high standard, so hair can last over years if cared for like your own. Please visit our Hair Care page for further guidance.
Q: HOW IS YOUR HAIR MEASURED?
A: Our hair is measured stretched from beginning of weft to tip of hair.

Q: HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
A: At Ceemei we take customer satisfaction. As one of our key values, so we quality assure all hair before shipping. With this in mind we aim to deliver within the below timescales:
Free UK standard shipping for orders over £200
UK Standard delivery 3 - 8 *working days - £4.99
International Delivery 9 - 14 *working days - £15.99
Our UK deliveries are sent via Royal mail and will require a signature on delivery.
*Working days Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Q: WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
A: Our delivery service within the UK includes England, Scotland, Northern Island and Wales. We also ship to over 200 countries worldwide.
Q: WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY?
A: Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of international customs, and the widely varying charges from country to country Ceemei Hair cannot estimate charges. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
A: Once order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Alternatively you can login into your account and click orders.
Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments.
Q: HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
A: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and security seal is still intact. Refunds may take up to 21 working days depending on your bank..
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
Q: WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT?
A: When you submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer to authorise payment from your account.
Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY CURRENCY?
A: Desktop: While viewing any page, click the change button located at the top of the page. Mobile: Click the three lines to the left of logo, scroll to bottom of menu and select your local currency in the drop down.
Q: HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
A: Once you've reached our checkout, you will see a 'REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR COUPON'. Enter correct code and click 'APPLY'. If discount code is valid, you should see discounted price.
Please note: Only one discount code is redeemable per order.
Q: I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT CAN I DO?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to edit orders once submitted.
As hair is hygiene sensitive, we offer a very strict return policy to protect all customers.
We will only offer a refund if hair wrapper has not been broken or tampered with, and the item hasn't been worn with all packaging returned.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
International Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend you send your return with a tracking number, because Ceemei hair will not be responsible for lost items.
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days from when we confirm refund via email. However in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
